How Peptide Piper handles your information

Effective date: 14 May 2026 · Last updated: 14 May 2026

Summary

Peptide Piper is a native iOS application that helps you track a peptide protocol that a licensed clinician already prescribed for you. It is local-first: the information you enter is stored on your device. We do not run an account system, we do not collect analytics, and we do not sell your data. If you choose to configure the optional AI review endpoint, your tracking context is sent to that endpoint only when you explicitly request a review.

1. Who we are

"Peptide Piper" (the "App") is operated by the developer reachable at support@peptidepiper.app. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to that developer.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following categories of information locally on your iPhone, in iOS Application Support, so the app can function between launches:

This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and it is not synced to any third-party cloud service by the App itself. Standard iOS device backups (iCloud Backup, encrypted local backups) may include the App's data; that behavior is controlled by you in iOS Settings, not by us.

3. Information we do not collect

4. Optional AI review endpoint

Peptide Piper supports an optional AI review feature. This feature is off by default and is only active if an AI endpoint URL has been configured in the build of the App you are using.

When — and only when — you tap the "Request review" action in the AI Review screen, the App sends a JSON payload to the configured endpoint over HTTPS. The payload contains the tracking context you have entered in the App, including profile context, peptides, schedules, adherence logs, dose logs, effects, and metrics. The response is rendered in the AI Review screen for informational purposes only.

If the AI endpoint is operated by us, we use the submitted payload solely to generate the requested response, and we do not retain it beyond what is necessary to serve and debug the request. If the AI endpoint is operated by a third party that you or your clinician chose, that third party's privacy practices apply to data they receive; please review their policy before using the feature.

AI output is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis, and does not replace clinical judgment or emergency care. Do not change dose, frequency, route, preparation, or storage based on AI output.

5. Permissions the App may request

6. Children's privacy

Peptide Piper is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that requires our attention, contact us and we will respond promptly.

7. Data export and deletion

You can export your data at any time from the Profile tab as CSV through the iOS share sheet. To delete your data, delete the App from your device; iOS will remove its local data with the App.

8. Security

The App relies on iOS platform protections for data stored on your device. When the optional AI review feature is used, the request is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Because we do not maintain an account or a server-side copy of your in-app data, requests under privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA are primarily satisfied by your own control of the on-device data: you can view it in the App, export it as CSV, and delete it by removing the App. For questions about this policy or to exercise any other applicable right, contact support@peptidepiper.app.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the App's release notes.

11. Contact

Questions, concerns, or requests about this policy can be sent to support@peptidepiper.app.

Medical and legal disclaimer

Peptide Piper is a tracking aid only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not calculate, recommend, or adjust peptide dosages. Always confirm peptide decisions with a licensed clinician and the pharmacy labeling on your product. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
